Turn up, go hard and hold on! No equipment required, Body Burn It is a High Intensity Bodyweight Workout designed to get you physically fit, but also build your core strength whilst toning your entire body. 

Femme Fitness Hub has included Body Burn as part of it’s programming to teach our Community that having a good workout requires nothing but their body, willpower and determination.

Programmed strength training that is measured week by week to ensure they are functionally strong and seeing the results of their training.

Abs and butts focuses on building strength where Women need it the most (Core and Glutes).

Yoga is a great workout (Increase flexibility, balance and awareness), but also a great time to focus, be present and practice mindfulness.

FEMME Fitness Hub has included Yoga in it’s programming to ensure the Community is not always working 100kms an hour, but also taking the time to work on themselves, whilst also preventing injury and reducing stress. 

Pilates focuses on core activation, whilst lengthening, stretching and strengthening major muscle groups.

Body Composition Scanning
