They just wanted to cut through the fluff on the internet and eat the right types of food that would work for them....

Without the CONSTANT inflammation....DIGESTIVE ISSUES and other health issues that can come from gluten sensitivity, coeliac and gluten intolerances.

Are the Recipes hard to follow?
We find that recipes that feel unachievable from first glance usually are! We have personally made (and photographed) each and every recipe to ensure they come out.
Are all the Recipes Dairy Free?
The majority of recipes are dairy free, however some recipes call for the use of butter or other dairy products to support the method, rather than the taste. Each ingredient can be substituted out for a dairy free option.
Are all the recipes healthy? 
All recipes are clean eating based recipes, however clean treats, like any other treat need to be eaten in moderation.  
Are all the Recipes Gluten Free?
All recipes are gluten free of course, however some ingredients call for Gluten Free oats. This is something that is very subjective due to the difference in the protein make up of oats, versus that of wheat, barley etc. If you aren't sure whether you can tolerate oats, please disregard these recipes.
